A unique feature of training in CIC is that all our courses and workshops include a live demonstration of the approach. In this, one of our trainers offers to supervise a participant on a case or dilemma from their workplace, while everyone else observes this in a fishbowl. At our next event at the Association of Narrative Practice in Healthcare on 19 January 2022, John Launer will explain how and why we do this, and will give a demonstration supervision using CIC.
