The Covid pandemic has presented challenges to educators and learners who are used to live classroom teaching. They have had to adapt very rapidly to online platforms such as Zoom. In a short talk to facilitators preparing for a training in Kent on dealing with domestic abuse, John Launer explains how he has developed a ‘minimalist’ approach that encourages small groups to share their ideas.
